1. Introduction Welcome to Asanga Colombo. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Product Descriptions and Artisanal Nature Asanga Colombo specializes in slow fashion and handwoven cotton saris. Due to the artisanal nature of hand-loomed textiles, slight variations in color, weave, and texture are inherent characteristics of the craft. These variations are not considered manufacturing defects but rather the unique signature of the weaver, ensuring that no two pieces are exactly alike. We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) [and USD, if applicable] and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

  • Full payment must be received and verified through our secure payment gateway before an order is processed for dispatch. We accept major credit and debit cards.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver island-wide and internationally.

  • Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Asanga Colombo is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen natural events.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Any additional charges incurred due to incorrect addresses will be borne by the customer.

5. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once payment has been processed and the order has been handed over to our dispatch team.

  • Returns & Refunds: Because our inventory is limited and exclusive, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a "change of mind."

  • Defects: If you receive a damaged product or an item with a genuine manufacturing defect (unrelated to the normal variations of handloom weaving), you must notify us at [asanga@asangacolombo.com] within 3 days of receiving the package. Approved returns will be eligible for an exchange or store credit. The original item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including but not limited to brand concepts, logos, photography, text, and sari designs, is the exclusive property of Asanga Colombo. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any material without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asanga Colombo and its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.

8. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions or your use of the website shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
